Si potrebbe ridurre il valore del radius durante l'applicazione della mdc e ridurre il rumore sullo sfondo.
Noto un disturbo/artefatto con sviluppo verticale sul posatoio che attravera l'unghietta della passera per poi deviare , disturbo che tende a distrarre l'osservatore.
Qui avrei visto bene l'uso di un extender 1.4x

I like the blurred. Maf precise.
It could reduce the value of the radius during the application of contrast medium and reduce noise in the background.
I notice a noise / artifact with vertical development on the perch that attravera the unghietta fluke and then turn, disorder that tends to distract the observer.
Here I saw good use of a 1.4x extender
