In collasso strutturale molto strano.

In structural collapse very strange. Someone if they have communicated the cause ??
Unless the gas leak (then it would not be so unusual, in static conditions is strange that machine comes in such events .. especially on the top floor ...

Grande testimonianza di un fatto di cronaca

@Nicolas Falmel " In collasso strutturale molto strano. Qualcuno se hanno comunicato la causa?? "

IS
Years ago I was living in Rome in a building dating back to the 30s'. We did do the so-called "issue of the building" to analyze the situation "structural" of the building, it emerged something disturbing, including the "suggestion" very strong "not to burden the floors and walls even if you do not remove non-bearing "

Capito.

I got it. If you work on the 5th floor they were demolished perhaps something too internally. Often sandwiches typical of the 60 are demolished because they are considered non-bearing. Often however they are not ...

are working, I think it will be in charge soon, then to put things right it will take years, while the condos must anticipate what it takes to work then ................ .

Congratulations for the shot that testifies what is an unhealthy habit Italian, to get the most with the least effort, economically.
Too often, especially in the past they were made labile construction as just enough to stay up and to live there, with walls "bearing" embarrassing 15 cm or less (I've seen many a time in an I refused to get in).
The important thing was spending the minimum build and sell at the most. Now the building is probably the coach died of old age in a coffin for 20 years, and who (fortunately not here) remains under the rubble unfortunately sticks.

buona serata
Peppe

It will be a big problem for these condos richard. The palace was on from 1930 if I understand it, and would continue to stand on if someone had not demolished, as it seems, things that could not be demolished.
In this case I think the unhealthy habit is to do major renovations without a serious study of their feasibility.
In the coming days we will know better.
Thank you very much for your interesting post
good evening
Peppe

Not entering the unhealthy habit of Italian as you build things, we saw the bridge piers that occasionally collapse about these Roman palaces (but the situation may be worth in other cities') need to contextualize the era in which they were constructed.
We are close to the years 30/40 where they built with what was available, were not periods "rich" and the rules were not those of now.
Those who live and buy in those buildings must follow the rules of maintenance and restructuring will not weaken the structures.
Instead, what I do not tolerate is speculation on people's lives right now that there are strict rules of construction, protection in areas prone to earthquakes, rules and protections that are currently disregarded.

those who live in those buildings should also think of giving up the "open space", luckily it was on the 5th floor but some crazy incompetent could also be the 1st. We hope will serve for the future.
