Ann! After two days of clumping great hiking boots and muddy fields and heavy tripods, it was just trainers and a visit to Ringwood. On the way back (yes, I managed to get wet, again!) I got off the bus and got another an hour later. I was literally standing at the water's edge in my trainers for this! Frosty and cold starts for next two days, it looks like! You should be in heaven! |

I find even my tripod (relatively lightweight) more than I would consider carrying around for a whole day, never mind two, so I'm not surprised that you didn't take it today and I guess those walking boots are pretty sodden, too! I don't think there will be frost here tomorrow but I've got my eye on Wednesday and possibly Thursday! |

I had the travel tripod with me today, but I didn't use it. As you know, I only use it when I have to. The light here was changing by the minute and with 10mm lens, just a few inches variation in height etc made a lot of difference. The ground was also soft and undulating - the little tripod just doesn't reach much of a height either and some shots I wanted shot at near 6ft, not 4 ft!! According to my local forecast there will be a sunrise but clouding over by 10 ish. I also posted up a rare portrait this evening, taken today. |

Oh, yes - I've just looked and your forecast is better for the early part of the day than mine! |

Beautiful photography for reflection and composition. Those branches thrown forward give momentum to the image that expresses a great sense of peace. Perhaps there is a slight slope to the right, but I have the certainty, could be the shape of the place.
Compliments
Hello
Complimenti Ciao Patrizio |
