Siamo sempre al Castello di Rivoli. La sala, posta al centro dei due appartamenti reali, era utilizzata come atrio e come "salle à manger". Filippo Juvarra, regista unico della decorazione, tra il 1718 e il 1722, incarica il pittore toscano Sebastiano Galeotti di dipingere sulla volta, scene bacchiche e lo sposalizio di Bacco con Arianna, tema appropriato per l'ambiente che unisce gli appartamenti del re e della consorte. I raffinati stucchi sono affidati ai luganesi Somasso, che realizzano, fra gli altri, i simboli del potere quali la corona, il bastone del comando e lo scettro. Nelle due nicchie i busti marmorei di Bernardino Falconi, che rappresentano come Venere, sebbene tradizionalmente conosciuta come Diana, Maria Giovanna di Savoia-Nemours seconda Madama Reale e come Adone, Amore, il marito Carlo Emanuele II. Essi provengono da Palazzo Reale e, al contrario di come si pensa, mai censiti alla Venaria Reale. A completare la sala, i "buffetti", ambienti semicircolari, decorati a grottesche, putti e fiori da Francesco Fariano tra il 1729 e il 1730. Sui ripiani dorati, sappiamo esserci state, grazie ad un disegno autografo di Juvarra, porcellane.
