Ciotto si, esattamente come dici tu. Generalmente vengono eseguiti a mano libera quindi la maf è un po' difficile considerando anche che scatto a 2.8 per avere lo stacco giusto da terra e ottenere questo effetto caricatura. Di solito metto la maf alla distanza più vicina e mi avvinino/allontano io finchè non risulta a fuoco il viso :)
