Serena Brancale Set completo: http://younesstaouil.com/portfolio_page/serena-brancale/ Questo set, che vede protagonista la simpatica e strepitosa cantante jazz/soul barese Serena Brancale, è un chiaro riferimento e omaggio alla pittrice messicana Frida Kahlo, che si aggira con spensieratezza per le vie di Bari e si lascia fotografare nei luoghi più pittorici della città vecchia. Il lato distintivo di questi scatti è da ricercare nei colori appariscenti e nell'inusuale taglio fotografico che ho appositamente studiato e ricercato. Non sono mancate situazioni di ilarità e gaiezza, rese più vivaci grazie all'allegria e alla spontaneità di Serena che è entrata perfettamente in sintonia con quello che era il progetto iniziale che avevo in mente. Come di consueto l'utilizzo di luci artificiali miste a luce naturale e ambientale ha attribuito a questi scatti anche un sottile mistero, esaltando i luoghi più caratteristici e peculiari del quartiere storico di San Nicola, denominato Bari Vecchia dai suoi abitanti. Nel quartiere infatti sono situati alcuni degli edifici medievali di maggiore importanza storica e artistica, come il castello Svevo, la basilica di San Nicola, la cattedrale di San Sabino.
