Saranno stati i libri accatasti, l'odore di carta, la figura dell'anziano proprietario che sbucava dal balcone, sta di fatto che sono rimasto subito colpito da questa piccola libreria. Ho chiesto al proprietario se potevo fare una foto, e dopo una risposta affermativa e un paio di scatti, ho iniziato a conversare con lui. Purtroppo a Napoli le librerie sono un bene in via di estinzione, nel mio quartiere ne sono rimaste solo due (una nel negozio Trony e l'altra della Mondadori), mentre non esistono più venditori indipendenti... Al termine della conversazione prima di andarmene, senza molta convinzione, ho chiesto se avessero un testo di Pavese che cercavo ormai da mesi, inutile dire che sono tornato a casa con un libro nuovo...
