polemaeutus bellicosus....già il nome latino dell'aquila marziale parla chiaro...assieme all'aquila nera e l'aquila coronata si divide il regno dei cacciatori alati africani.l'aquila nera è più presente in montagna e zone rocciose,morfologicamente simile all'aquila reale caccia principalmente mammiferi.l'aquila marziale domina le savane alberate ed è più abile nella caccia essendo specializzata in volatili(ma arriva a cacciare piccole antilopi).l'aquila coronata invece vive principalmente in fitti boschi e foreste
