Anziano dell' etnia Wancho nel Tirap; lo sfondo non è il massimo ma il soggetto credo parli da solo. Il rosso sulle labbra non è un errore in pp ma la colorazione del betel che qua masticano molto frequentemente. Tirap - Arunachal Pradesh India Marzo 2006 Sto rimuginando sui programmi futuri e, visto che non potrò fare tutto quello che vorrei, devo fare delle scelte ben ponderate ed anche dolorose.... In cima alla lista dei desideri, oltre alla solita Tanzania ( di cuinon posso fare a meno...) devo fare una dolorosa scelta tra Etiopia ed India....e riguardando qualche vecchia foto come questa, se mi daranno i permessi speciali, credo che la scelta potrebbe proprio ricadere sull' Arunachal Pradesh in India. Per visitare il Tirap ed altre regioni dell' Arunachal è necessario un permesso speciale che da 2 anni èsempre stato negato a causa di problemi interni con i separtisti.. ora sembra che la situazione sia tranquilla e ci sono speranze.. Ci sono stato alcuni anni fa ed è stat un esperienza a dir poco fantastica !! Dai registri delle visite noi eravamo entro i primi cento visitatori compresi i missionari !! e siamo stati i primi a cui hanno concesso il permesso di filmare.. Appena di attraversa il confine ci si rende conto di non essere più in india !! I tratti somatici ed i costumi nons ono più gli stessi e la meta principale sono le etnie di ex tagliatori di teste... La cosa che mi faceva impazzire era la presenza di anziani spesso ancora legati ai costumi tradizionali con visi solcati da un numero incredibile di rughe... Ci sto ragionando per fine Novembre e se qualcuno è interessato mi faccia un fischio... L'idea è quella di visitare Nagaland e Tirap oltre ai templi dell' Assam ( in questo caso l' India più tipica ) ed il bellissimo parco di Kaziranga dove ci sono centinaia di rinoceronti indiani ed il numero delle tigri è in crescita. E' un viaggio che mi ha molto emozionato e che mi è rimasto nel cuore per gli incontri ed una galleria di personaggi assoluamente straordinari...
