La pala della cattedrale di Avila è una delle più belle della Spagna. E' composta da 24 tavole dipinte da tre rinomati artisti del Rinascimento: Pedro Berruguete, Santa Cruz, Juan de Borgona. La cornice che completa l'opera fu cominciata Da Pedro Roldan e arricchita da Vasco de la Zarza con una bella decorazione gotica. Sempre di Vasco de la Zarza il ciborio in alabastro e la porta che lo chiude è d'argento sbalzato del XVIII secolo, lavorata dall'orafo Garcia Crespo. Lavorate con delicati motivi le vetrate di questa cattedrale sono molto caratteristiche e di grande qualità. Le più antiche risalgono al XV secolo.
