La cattedrale del Cristo Salvatore (in spagnolo: Catedral del Salvador) è il principale luogo di culto del comune di Avila, sede vescovile dell'omonima diocesi. L'interno del tempio, solenne e maestoso, è a tre navate. La navata centrale, più snella delle altre laterali è alta 28 mt. e larga 10 ed è divisa da esse da forti pilastri gotici di stile cistercense. Nelle navate laterali si aprono le cappelle fondate dalle famiglie nobili con pale, immagini e sepolcri di differenti periodi e stili.
