Mia madre è nata lì, proprio in quel paese lì, sulla riva dell'Adige, da poveri contadini, in una casa rurale che hanno dovuto abbandonare nel '52 per l'alluvione che ha devastato la loro casa, i loro campi, le loro vite.
Mia madre e suo fratello si sono commossi nel vedere questa foto.

My mother was born there, right there in that country, on the banks of the Adige, from poor farmers in a rural house that they had to leave in '52 for the flood that devastated their homes, their fields, their lives.
My mother and her brother were moved at seeing this photo.

Nel 1951/52 dopo la terribile devastante alluvione tantissimi polesani, come tua mamma, si videro costretti, purtroppo, a lasciare tutto. Grazie ancora! Ciao!
