Posto questa foto per celebrare un meraviglioso animale, bersaglio continuo della malvagità e della follia degli uomini. Ho appena finito di leggere le evidenze di una corposa inchiesta sul traffico d'avorio riportata nell'ultimo numero di National Geographic. Il tema è naturalmente da tempo noto a tutti ma devo ammettere che questo articolo mi ha lasciato davvero senza parole e con una profonda tristezza. Invito tutti a leggerlo perché molto interessante e perché può sicuramente contribuire ad accrescere la propria consapevolezza su questa enorme vergogna. #wild #safari
