Unione di 5 scatti con filtro ND500- Sotto la direzione dell'ing. Mussato, le opere idrauliche prevedevano la costruzione di una diga di sbarramento a monte del ponte del vicino comune di Paderno d'Adda. Le acque vennero convogliate tramite un canale derivatore lungo 4972 m, sino all'edificio di presa. segue un tratto in galleria sino al bacino di ammissione e, dopo un secondo tratto in galleria di 3365 m, sette condotte forzate portano l'acqua alle 7 turbine.Le turbine Francis, di produzione Ing. A. Riva & C., azionano altrettanti alternatori di produzione Brown-Boveri, per una potenza complessiva di 31,5 MW.
