Quoto anch'io per il rumore,che qui non disturba affatto sopratutto perché in b.n., anzi secondo me da un senso di retrò a questa magnifica immagine.

" il cavalletto mi conviene portarlo?" direi proprio di si! calcola che sicuramente farai tanta tanta taaaanta strada a piedi, quindi se è piccolo e leggero è molto meglio... per le notturne sopra, sotto e attorno al brooklyn bridge ti servirà.. cosi come nei parchi...
per l'uso che ne abbiamo fatto noi, ci siamo trovati molto bene proprio con il gorillapod...

@Guido Bianchimano: ero a New York la settimana dell'inaugurazione del One World Observatory (o Freedom Tower) ma non sono riuscito a salire quindi non ti so dire se ti puoi portare su il cavalletto (ma non credo che sia concesso), comunque io sono salito sul Top of the rock e sull'Empire col manfrotto pixi (D7100 + 16-85) e quello non ha dato problemi (fanno i raggi X al 100% degli zainetti). Su c'è qualche punto su cui ti puoi appoggiare. Se intendi salire per il tramonto, anche se ti riuscissi a portare il cavalletto, vista la mole di gente che c'è in quel momento, dubito che riusciresti a trovare un posto in cui aprirlo. Se mi posso permettere di darti un consiglio, se vuoi salire al tramonto, prenota il biglietto al mattino, specificando l'ora in cui farai la visita, perchè a me è capitato (al top of the rock) di recarmi presso la biglietteria all'imbrunire e sentirmi dire che il primo biglietto utile era alle 22:00 (e a quell'ora addio tramonto). Per il resto il cavalletto portatelo, se vai al Dumbo o al Brooklyn Bridge Park ti tornerà sicuramente utile (io mi sono portato il manfrotto befree in alluminio). Spero di esserti stato utile, ciao.

Guido Bianchimano: I was in New York the week of the opening of the One World Observatory (or Freedom Tower) but I could not go up so do not know if you can bring on the stand (but do not think it is granted), however, I went up on the Top of the Rock and the Empire with manfrotto pixi (D7100 + 16-85) and gave no problems (with the X-rays 100% of backpacks). On there is any point on which you can lean. If you plan to climb to the sun, even if I could bring you stand, given the amount of people there at that time, I doubt that you be able to find a place to open it. If I can afford to give you some advice, if you want to get onthe sunset, book the ticket in the morning, specifying the time when you do visit, because it happened to me (at the top of the rock) to go at the ticket window at dusk and be told that the first ticket was useful to 22 : 00 (or hour farewell sunset). For the rest of the stand take it, if you go to the Dumbo or Brooklyn Bridge Park you will definitely helpful (I have brought manfrotto befree aluminum). I hope to be helpful, hello.
