Grazie Zoomista per la foto. Evoca , ovviamente in me, oltre i grandi successi del gruppo alcuni momenti della mia vita trascorsi ad ascoltarli.
Mi permetto di andare in 'ot' per sottolineare la loro scelta di sciogliersi dopo un trentennio di ottima musica culminata secondo me proprio con l'album " Automatic for the People " che preferisco maggiormente insieme ai due precedenti (" Green " e " Out of time ") al resto delle loro produzioni : quelle acerbe degli inizi (tra cui cito su tutti " Murmur ") e le ultime un pò sotto tono (sempre secondo mio modesto parere). In ogni caso rimane una band mitica , lontano dallo star system e fonte di ispirazione di molti gruppi odierni anche se faccio molto fatica ad ascoltare le ultime produzioni musicali...

I allow me to go 'ot' to emphasize their choice to disband after three decades of great music culminated in my own with the album " Automatic for the People " I prefer more with the two previous ( " Green " and " Out of time ") to the rest of their productions: the unripe the beginning (including mention of all " Murmur " ) and the last a little under the weather (always second my humble opinion). In any case remains a legendary band, away from the star system and a source of inspiration to many groups today even though I do very hard to hear the latest musical productions ...
