Riguardando la foto, penso che il taglio inferiore per abbassare la linea dell'orizzonte, come mi ha suggerito Eliana, migliori molto la foto.
La ringhiera della passerella è brutta da vedersi, ma escludendola, a mio avviso, perdo anche un po' di gioco prospettico delle nuvole.
Il pescatore, oltre a non avere alcuna intenzione di schiodarsi dalla mia inquadratura, avrebbe dovuto rappresentare il 'soggetto' in attesa della tempesta, però posa e abbigliamento (povero pescatore...) c'entrano poco con la mia idea.

Looking back at the photos, I think the lower cut to lower the horizon line, as I suggested Eliana, the very best pictures.
The railing of the bridge is ugly to look at, but excluding it, in my opinion, I lose a little 'game prospective clouds.
The fisherman, besides not having any intention of schiodarsi from my shot, was supposed to be the 'subject' waiting for the storm, however, pose and clothing (poor fisherman ...) have little to do with my idea.

Bella profondità in questa foto.
Preferisco il taglio nella seconda versione, addirittura io taglierei anche la presenza umana facendone un formato quadrato dove porterei l'orizzonte sui terzi inferiori.
