Si esatto Erica, il filtro è proprio quello, ND8 (3 stop). in questo caso è bastato ad allungare lo scatto a un paio di secondi e creare l'effetto mosso! 
Ho usato filtri Cokin scadenti che avevano una dominante Magenta. in questo caso credo non sia stato un male ma preferisco che questi colori non siano provocati dai filtri... non sempre possono giovare all'immagine.

Erica is correct, the filter is just that, ND8 (3 stops). in this case it is enough to lengthen the shutter a few seconds and create the blur! ;-)
I used Cokin filters poor who had a dominant Magenta. in this case I think it was not bad but I prefer that these colors are not caused by the filters ... can not always benefit the image.

Molto bella, ottima la resa dell'acqua.
C'è un po' di dominante marrone/porpora ma non infastidisce, anzi la rende interessante.

avevo letto che i filtri Cokin a lastrina avevano una dominante magenta; non deriva necessariamente da un errore nell'utilizzo (almeno credo...  ).
è stata una delle pochissime volte che l'ho usato, poi mi sono preso filtri a vite hoya, e non ho più avuto prolemi di dominanti.

I had read that the filters in Cokin plate had a magenta cast, not necessarily a failure to use (at least I think ...: fconfuso :).
was one of the few times I used it, then I took screw-on filters hoya, and I have not had a dominant something goes wrong. Fulvio,
