Spettacolare Marco, avete assistito ad una scena memorabile e in questo caso l'hai ottimamente ripresa. Impressionante l'occhio dell'impala che riflette la luce. Ricordo bene le emozioni dei safari notturni al South luangwa. Quella volta non ho assistito ad una caccia andata buon fine ma solo ad un tentativo fallito di un leopardo, l'adrenalina era comunque alle stelle. Una domanda, ma perchè avete fatto solo due safari serali?
Spectacular Marco, have witnessed a memorable scene in which case you have excellent recovery. Striking the eye of the Impala that reflects light. I well remember the excitement of the night safari to South luangwa. This time I have not seen a successful hunt gone but just one failed attempt of a leopard, the adrenaline was still skyrocketing. One question, but why did you have only two safari evening?

Ah ok ho capito, grazie per la spiegazione. Quando ero andato io invece eravamo stati fortunati, ha piovuto solo una sera mentre eravamo già fuori per cui siamo riusciti a fare il safari serale tutti i giorni e il periodo era lo stesso, le prime due setteimane di aprile. I licaoni li avete visti?
Ah ok I understand, thanks for the explanation. When I was gone but I'd been lucky, it only rained one night while we were already out so we were able to do the safari evening every day and the period was the same, the first two setteimane April. The wild dogs you've seen them? Ah ok ho capito, grazie per la spiegazione. Allora potrebbe esserci il pretesto per fare una capatina alla ricerca dei licaoni... Anche a noi era andata così, prima del nostro arrivo li avevano visti quasi tutti i giorni. Noi gli abbiamo cercati ovunque ma non si sono più fatti vedere, si erano evidentemente spostati.

Molto, ma molto bello questo spuntare dal buio profondo e la scena ripresa non è certo da meno. Vado a cercare se hai messo qualcosa sull' "altra storia" della strada secondaria e la iena e se non c'è, me ne dici qualcosa?!
Very, very nice but this tick from the dark depths and the shooting scene is certainly not less. I'm going to look for if you put something on '"other story" of the street and the hyena and if there is, I say something ?! Grazie Chiara del tuo bel commento! Quella sera - dopo l'avventura con i leoni - stavano proseguendo il night safari quando - a cuasa del buio pesto - ci siamo impantanati in una strada secondaria. Una volta scesi (nel fango) per agevolare il driver nel tentativo di liberarsi abbiamo visto due piccoli fari che si avvicinavano...erano gli occhi di una iena..siamo allora risaliti velocemente sull'auto nell'attesa che passasse (...e per farle qualche foto  )..Subito dopo, dato che era impossibile liberarci, abbiamo chiamato i soccorsi... circa 15 minuti dopo è arrivata una jeep da un lodge non troppo lontano che ha cercato inutilmente di trainarci di nuovo in strada... Nel frattempo - come se non bastasse - stava arrivando un temporale e la nostra jeep era scoperta ...Siamo quindi saliti tutti sull'auto dei soccorsi che ci ha portato fuori dal parco e poi al camp. Alla fine è dovuto intervenire un trattore il giorno dopo per riuscire a recuparare la nostra jeep.
Nei prossimi giorni pubblicherò qualcosa al riguardo...

Thanks Chiara your nice comment! That night - after the adventure with lions - were continuing the night safari when - to cuase the pitch dark - we stuck on a side street. Once off (in the mud) to assist the driver in an attempt to rid we saw two small headlights approaching ... they were the eyes of a iena..siamo then quickly climbed back in the car while waiting for it to pass (... and to ask you a few pictures;-)) .. Soon after, since it was impossible to free ourselves, we called for help about 15 minu ...after you got a jeep from a lodge not too far that tried in vain to pull us back into the street ... In the meantime - as if that were not enough - a storm was coming and our jeep was discovered wow! ... We are therefore climbed all the car of relief that brought us out of the park and then to the camp. :-) In the end it had to intervene a tractor the next day to be able to recuparare our jeep.
In the coming days I will publish something about it ...
