secondo te visto che ci sei stato... se io ci andassi ( ci sto pensando di fare questo viaggietto ) io ho la d4s e il 400 2.8 FL mi troverei che sarebbero troppo vicine? e di conseguenza le taglierei fuori?
Perche volendo ho un mio amico che melo presterebbe il 200/400 vrII.. oppure un 200 F2 da affiancare al 400 2.8
magari con giornate di scarsa luminosita un 200 f2 vr2 puo fare la differenza?

according to you since you've been there ... if I go there (I'm thinking of doing this viaggietto) I have the D4S and 400 FL 2.8 I would find that would be too close together? and consequently I would cut off?
Because wanting to have a friend who would lend the apple 200/400 vrii .. or a 200 F2 alongside 400 2.8
maybe with days of low light a 200 f2 vr2 can make a difference?

Ti rispondo qui di seguito, in ritardo.
I capanni per le aquile sono ottimizzati per i 400/500mm su Full-frame.
Capita che le aquile stiano vicine ai capanni, a volte parecchio oppure che una coppia si metta a litigare. Avendo un'apertura alare che può sfiorare i 2 metri e mezzo è probabile non stiano "fisicamente" dentro l'inquadratura e venga tagliato qualche pezzo. Ovviamente uno zoom o un secondo corpo con altra ottica da affiancare tornerebbero utili.
Spesso davanti ai capanni passano fagiani o foraggiano corvi, ghiandaie, poiane, etc più o meno vicini.
Sì, organizzo dei giri fotografici da quelle parti.

The huts for the eagles are optimized for 400 / 500mm on Full-frame.
It happens that the Eagles are close to the huts, sometimes a lot, or that a couple is going in and arguing. Having a wingspan that can touch the two and a half meters is likely they are not "physically" in the frame and is cut a few pieces. Obviously a zoom or a second body with other optical alongside defiantly helpful.
Often in front of the huts pass pheasants or foraging crows, jays, buzzards, etc more or less close.
