La storia di questo scatto presupporrebbe un fotoracconto che,forse, a tempo debito farò...In breve: abbiamo visto , su un'acacia, questo stupendo esemplare di aquila marziale che stava mangiando una mangusta appena catturata. La scena si è protratta per svariati minuti con l'aquila che, a tratti, interrompeva il suo pasto, per scrutare, da par suo, il cielo a 360°....Guardava, giustamente, che non arrivassero competitors:non si sbagliava, infatti sono arrivati gli avvoltoi che la disturbavano non poco...Ad un tratto si è alzata in volo, forse per minacciare i suoi avversari ed è a quel punto che è arrivato un altrettanto splendido esemplare di Aquila rapace, che approfittando della momentanea assenza della rivale, ha artigliato quel che restava della mangusta portandosela via. Alla povera marziale ,tornata velocemente ma tardi all'acacia, non restava che constatare l'avvenuto furto...La foto si riferisce a questo momento conclusivo che immortala l'espressione "delusa e contrariata" della nostra protagonista! Premetto che ho scattato foto, che pubblicherò in seguito, a tutte le varie fasi di questo avvenimento. No crop. Serengeti,Tanzania.
