Invita i visitatori alle delizie culinarie dei migliori ristoranti della zona e a presenziare uno degli spettacoli effimeri più belli ed impressionanti dell'isola: la fioritura di centinaia di alberi di mandorlo Questa insalata di frutta e verdure è una specialità del ristorante El Patio. Per l'occasione abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di vedercela servire ornata con un fiore di mandorlo.
