E' una magia... il rapporto che si viene a creare tra nonno e nipote. Solo loro si capiscono senza parlare. Il padre ha un "brutto compito"... quello dell'educatore. L'educatore deve essere per forza a volte severo e a volte irremovibile. Il nonno è l'ancora di salvezza, isola felice dove tutto è permesso, una figura buona e presente che una volta dismesso i panni di padre "severo" per indossare quelli del nonno diventa il migliore amico dei bambini. Io che i miei nonni li ricordo vagamente perché venuti a mancare troppo presto auguro ai miei figli che questo idilliaco rapporto duri per sempre.
