lo sguardo del Macellaio è Simpatico.
Lavorando, Occasionalmente da quelle parti, mi è capitato di andare a mangiare in quelle Macellerie.
La gente del posto, ci portavano a mangiare in questi posti.
La macelleria ha insieme una Cucina, scegli in macelleria, tra le Varie cose, in alcune casi veramente Strane, e te le cucinano direttamente in cucina.
Per il discorso, Igene, bisognerebbe andare nei Retri di Alcune Nostre Macellerie, per poter giudicare...........
Per la Freschezza della carne invece, NON deve essere Fresca, ma deve avere una certa Frollatura, per essere Buona.
La carne di Montone, invece, lo uccidevano al Mattino e ce lo servivano la Sera, devo dire............ Non male, ma a casa, preferisco il Cibo Italiano.
Se avete Problemi con il Cibo, potete andare da MacDonald, anche se, io non ho provato a mangiare Lì.

Virginio, ti ringrazio della visita e di aver scritto delle tue testimonianze legate alle macellerie tipiche magrebine.
Per quanto riguarda la carne, so benissimo che, certi animali, prima di essere consumati, hanno bisogno della frollatura altrimenti sarebbe durissima. Sappi che, ho girato in Paesi diversi, e ho visto situazioni igieniche molto peggiori. Basti andare nel vicino Egitto e vedi la vendita di cibo cotto a fianco della vendita del pollame vivo che scorrazza in mezzo alla polvere e agli escrementi, di fronte alle fogne a cielo aperto, per cui peggio di questa situazione in Marocco

Infatti questa non è tanto male. E' quasi peggiore l'altra che avevo postato, scattata in Uzbekistan, dove la carne era appesa al portone che dava sulla strada.

Noto che i tagli della carne sono diversi dai nostri, la bilancia non rilascia scontrini, la carne poggia su tappetini verdi che nessuno riuscirà mai a pulire a fondo; il resto ... meglio lasciar perdere. Lully stai attenta se ripassi di lì: ti guarda in modo strano e stava per mettere mano al coltellaccio. Ma la foto è bella e interessante. Grazie.
