La pianta della foto è un`agave attenuata , una pianta della famiglia delle Agavaceae, originaria degli altopiani del Messico. La rosetta di foglie verde-azzurre prive di spine di forma lanceolata raggiungono anche 50-70 cm di lunghezza. In età adulta, verso i 15 o 20 anni, sviluppa un'inflorescenza che può raggiungere anche i 3 metri di altezza. Dopo questa fioritura la pianta muore, ma attorno lascia piccole agavi pronte a sostituirla. La spiaggia di questa baia è la piú elegante e ben attrezzata di questa zona.
