Ciao Carlo, sinceramente non so dirti, a me non sembra un escrescenza della pelle, ha un colore completamente diverso.
Escluderei una malattia, sembra più come un qualcosa che si è seccata sulla zampetta.
Se intervene anche Mario Zanellato, in qualità grande intenditore di passeriformi forse ce lo sà dire.

Robertino, come prima cosa mi devo complimentare per questo scatto non facile, poi per quanto concerne quel corpo estraneo tra le zampe potrebbe essere qualcosa (anche cibo) magari leggermente colloso, nel periodo invernale i fringuelli stanno molto a terra alla ricerca di cibo e non è escluso che qualcosa di non identificato sia rimasto tra le dita della zampa, non è certo una ciste e nemmeno un attacco di acari, il soggetto è un giovane della scorsa stagione riproduttiva basta guardare la lucentezza delle zampe e la lunghezza delle unghie. Sto notando che negli ultimi anni molti fringillidi, specialmente verdoni ,fringuelli, crocieri hanno le zampe con la rogna, altri sono attaccati dagli afidi, in alcuni casi possono perdere l'arto, negli allevamenti per ovviare a questo inconveniente si usa mettere 2 gocce di Ivomec sul collo superiore del soggetto una volta l'anno. Robertino ,ho dato la risposta al tuo messaggio privato qui nei commenti al tuo scatto così anche altri utenti possono avere indicazioni se incontrano soggetti con queste problematiche.. Ciao Mario
