I too am of the opinion that, unfortunately, the first plan is not carved, but I fully understand the reasons you described.
I propose you my point of view. Working a little PP could darken the part of the forest, so would lose a bit 'of importance in detail on the first floor. After all it could be "the light at the end of the tunnel" :-P

Gabbia65 Sono anch'io del parere che purtroppo il primo piano non è scolpito, ma capisco perfettamente le ragioni che hai descritto.
Ti propongo un mio punto di vista. Lavorando un pochino in PP si potrebbe scurire la parte del bosco, così perderebbe un po' di importanza in dettaglio del primo piano. In fin dei conti potrebbe essere "la luce alla fine del tunnel" 
Comunque complimenti per la prontezza ed il colpo d'occhio.
