È una foto stupenda! Mi piace la posa della modella e l'uso che hai della profondità di campo dona una certa profondità all'immagine che è molto piacevole, oltra a creare un bellissimo sfondo verde molto morbido. Stupendi anche i colori, complimenti!

L'unica cosa che mi sento di consigliare è:
- di ridurre la maschera di contrasto sulla pelle (risulta un filo granulosa) o di ridurre il filtro disturbo (se usato)
- un brevissimo ritocco alle narici 
- estendere lo smalto del dito indice con photoshop
Per il resto... COMPLIMENTI !!

- Reduce the unsharp mask to the skin (it is a thread grainy) or to reduce the noise filter (if used)
- A brief touch-up to the nostrils ;-)
- Extend the enamel of the index finger with photoshop
