do not find it a little off?

not screaming color, neither light nor contrast is true maximum, but it's what I wanted, that this is my hand in post production, have not you noticed yet? let it be pictures of Bolivia, there colors scream alone, just that there are other scenarios can realize it was, .. you know that do not steal the colors from nature, the ones that you see are those that are (always with the usual poetic license;-);-);-):-D:-D)
I've done the same notes on this www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=1091815&l=it but I'm sure I'd want them to do well on this www.juzaphoto.com/galleria .php? t = 1056698 & l = en now you know;-)

Now I try to draw uNo files giving more importance to the first floor, we see what comes out ...

thanks Massimo know how much I appreciate this type of comparison.

Oh I forgot, fortunately passed Marco;-):-D
Thanks first of your passage,
with respect to the blades of grass on the snow and also to answer even the most, I had begun to clone, but I realized that they were too many and I've lasciati..li we wanted the stamp manual:-D:-D: -D ..the could do was definitely better.

and then do not tell me that I do not admit my mistakes

we are already three
shades of the sky
twigs on the first floor
a little more contrast (but little) on the first floor

I rise again to confirm that I liked this shot right away !!
Certainly the strong point is the composition, backlit colors may not be so saturated and bright as we are so used to seeing in the forum.
Even the snow in my mitigates much contrasts but the first floor scales well and brings out the guidelines of the shot.
It reminded me immediately another shot always signed Commissioner but in that case the colors of the flowers in the foreground you hit intensity and brilliance, but that was another context, another season .....
Here, as the title says it is the beginning of winter colors are leaving, hibernating until next season, was only the tree and some tuft of grass and soon they too will ricoperti the white snow and everything will be frozen until the arrival of spring.

I suggest Simon to prepare for that event !!
Bravo !!
Louis

You give me the holidays? :-D:-D:-D

Hello Luigi, finally reading (on your part;-)) less technical and more profound. I really appreciate you, it took me right in the middle of all these marks, tackles, com, lines, lights and colori..altro cabernet that I was already pretty drunk that even if you've opened the bottle:-D:-D: - D

a warm greeting

Simon:
you know you do not steal colors from nature

Luigi:
the colors may not be as saturated

Me:
seems to hide a photo taken with the sun, but that makes it almost as if it were in the shade

There is no gloss, something that shines

I seem a little dull around ....

a piece of bright snow

with the sun so high, all right a little covered by clouds, do not you find it a little off? Maybe just "revive".

I have grouped some excerpts of my previous projects, I never talked about the color, nor of saturation, but light.
I'm sorry that I have not explained in a way that I and facor understand, so I hope to be more clear;-)

but then I do not understand why Averau you have to see the end but then the eye will end up sull'albero..è half an hour I look at it and honestly I still run everywhere appreciating its focal points, and in the same way, closeup, tree, Averau sole..al maximum turning back but always on the same street.

what I mean is that instead I continue to get me on the tree ... for what I told you it was not the most "effective" does not put the Averau .. maybe hiding behind the tree .. but parle ':-D

I state that I like.
But do you propose another! (And if there is unleashed with those who appreciate it for those who want to do ????)
If I were you I would try to take a step to the right, so as to have the part not covered by the snow which leads me to the tree, while the mountain with the sun would remain in balance on the right. In this way (but would try it) would have the side of the first floor on the left with the warm colors of autumn and the guideline to the tree, while the right with the white snow, and over the mountain and the sun dominates. What do you say?
Nice twist things sometimes! :-)))))

Thanks to Mario for his passage and Massimo for his reply;-)

Gianluca, the Averau hide behind the tree I see hard, you would see the same in the branches;-) maybe a picture would be more simple and straightforward, but it would not be the same photo, I wanted to photograph the Averau;-)

Mark
do good to let off steam with me though as it is not your only escape valve or I withdraw permanently from the forum:-D

I understand your idea, can be another solution, just that you should really try it on posto..so for sure that was shot rather painful this is for the awkward position in the shelter of those stones, and because if I moved I covered the left Averau with the tree and if I moved to the right could not putthe sun where I wanted to know if io..non then your solution is really feasible because if I move to the right and put in a row so to speak, the stones with the shaft means I have to turn the camera to the left (otherwise go to the taglioare 'fir) and I'm afraid that I will go out the sun frame.
thanks anyway for all the steps, criticism and suggestions, for me a treasure trove of experiences.
a greeting
Simone

Hello Simon, this time I will not be monotonous and repetitive figures and symbols, but only tell you that I like. I like the whole, I like those peaks that stand out in that beautiful sky, but mostly I like that tree that proudly stands in contrast the beauty of the mountains and make it clear that his presence is no exception. (References to people are completely random and probably not wanted ...:-D)
Have a nice evening

Great, but technically, the sky with the brightness of the sun god. I also like the research done in the viewfinder to find guidelines and marked a strong structure.
The love of nature and the mountain that add up (even in a seaman like me). Bravissimo.

Thank you Joseph, your reading comforts me, at a time that I'm more understanding if my pictures, or my understanding of landscape photography is really azzeccata..ma I do not mean just this.
God forbid nothing to worry about just that I'm doing some questions for the moment there are no clear answers and comprehensive. ;-)
a warm greeting

Here we wanted snow, more snow to improve the situation. And 'your valuable research guidelines, the foreground, the light: your skill is not in question. And 'the objective situation that is not ideal with too many elements and details that ultimately worsen the outcome. I imagine with more snow covering grass and rocks ... and it's very nice !!
Then on the PP you know very well how I feel ... (I almost did not say anything). But a little 'more closed the foreground and especially the area of ??pine (not a fir tree:-D) where I see a "hole" in the fight against ...

if it were mine I would have demanded much more, all over them.

Shit! even?:-(

Well, now came the blow finale..cavolo guys drubbing that I'm around:-D:-D:-D
I do not know what to say fabio, read the answer I gave to ilario so I would say the same thing.:-(

fir which I consider one of the real stars of the shot.

except that it is not a fir but a pine:-D (Ilario Morettin docet) to me is just one stage of the journey between the foreground and the sole..io I focused on the colors of the first floor, I just wanted to make see the transition between fall and winter, also the title and caption introduces very clearly my scopo..volevo colors and the snow gave them to mehidden, everything qua..poi are convinced that some, indeed a lot of cleaning on the first floor was better, and this was my big misjudgment during shooting, but I'm pine now no longer know where put it:-D:-D first right then left, then stoop to cover the Averau, now you ask me to avvicinarlo..me ag Capis little dentar nieint:-(
I realized that all that the foreground do not like, you know I do not if I have something which way the nose when photographer are not happy:-D ...

I probably would have tried to get closer to see if you could find a better balance of the composition, and above all the more essential.

The next time I get in the Dolomites, the redo so I remember where I made it and I try to do things differently, because theine composition I like too, and should be developed better and more calmly (but always strictly with the sun lens:-D)
Okay by with nothing to fare..e you think that you've also asked to give un'occhio..bell'affare I did;-)

I did not tell you I disassembled:-D I've just pointed out that as far as the line is functional composition, all that clogged the foreground elements causes me a little itchy eyes;-) you know I am a lover of the compositions clean, but since you're you too, I have to break it to you:-D
and think that you've also asked to give un'occhio..bell'affare I did

I like, for that matter my opinion. I have read the various interventions and do not think to be able to counter the views expressed; But one thing struck me in this shot the snow in the foreground and its materiality. Seems to touch it and feel it crunching under their boots while walking.
For the rest, there's Mastercard !!
