Al triangolino di Viareggio e a marina di Vecchiano ci sono moltissimi pescatori che spesso a fine pesca danno da mangiare ai piccoli limicoli della zona. Per questa ragione questi animaletti sono molto confidenti e si fanno avvicinare sicuri del fatto che queste persone non gli fanno "consapevolmente" del male e che loro rimediano un pasto succulento "facile". Il risvolto della medaglia è che alcuni pescatori incivili lasciano lenze e ami sul posto e che molti animali corrono il rischio di ferirsi o peggio... Questo ne è un esempio.

Mi è capitato di vedere qualcosa di simile nel settembre 2013, era una Pittima minore con un filo da pesca attorcigliato alle zampe, la poverina impedita dal filo era costretta a camminare (per modo di dire) a piccoli salti come un Canguro. Una scena penosa Triste avremmo voluto fare qualcosa ma nell'impotenza di non potere fare niente ci a fatto solo tanta rabbia ancora di più vedere l'indifferenza (Italica) dei pescatori presenti.
