the result is very good and the choice of subject is favorable to the assembly.
in theory, the PDC is approximately 0.1 mm and 50scatti seem too many also considered the best aperture you have chosen. that patience and a steady hand .....

Only problem I see in some places but you are stacking points always create problems.

You also made of PP manual in photoshop to fix something ò just for joining?
Helicon Focus is a program? I ask because that software (in PRO version) allows the selective choice of overlapping fire in certain areas.

you have a good slide, what brand?

The depth of field, occjio, I think less than 0.1 mm and analyzing the shots you can see perfectly the plane of focus moves from a photo with the other. Stacking I did it on the fly without optimizing the software, I used Zerene Stacker. The slide is a Newport 420 micrometer mounted in a classic Novoflex Castel Q of

Excuse my ignorance but I've never understood a thing.
The different shots are made by moving the camera with the slide micrometer ... or shifting the focus with the ring on the lens maf?
Maybe it's a stupid question ... but it is a little that I wonder as changing the maf also changes the RR.
