Il rumore purtroppo è da sempre un elemento di disturbo nelle foto, specialmente quando si fotografa in ambienti con poca luce.
A volte anche usando ISO bassi, come nel tuo caso, ci sono delle circostanze che inevitabilmente lo manifestano.
A mio parere anche la saturazione dei colori, in notturni, enfatizza il rumore. In questi casi un aiutino te lo può dare Lightroom.

The noise is unfortunately always a disturbing element in the pictures, especially when shooting in low light environments.
Sometimes even using low ISO, as in your case, there are circumstances that inevitably arise.
In my opinion also the saturation of colors, in night clubs, emphasizes the noise. In these cases, a little help you can give it Lightroom.
It 's just a personal opinion;-)

Il rumore purtroppo può uscire anche a 100 ISO quando si interviene sulla nitidezza e sul contrasto,
soprattutto nelle zone scure e in ombra; comunque si può rimediare in pp.
