I could not crop the photo because I would be forced to "choke" the corner to the right at the top, leaving the tip of the glacier right on the edge of the photo and it was worse. For the strong central light you're absolutely right, the place did not seem so intense but I think the low clouds / fog they have expanded the brightness and not being a magician / lover of post production was not able to correct it. Il cartello non lo avevo notato durante lo scatto ma l'ho notato solo dopo che l'ho vista al pc. Non potevo ritagliare la foto perchè sarei stato costretto a "soffocare" l'angolo a dx in alto lasciando la punta del ghiacciaio proprio sul bordo della foto ed era peggio. Per la forte luce centrale hai perfettamente ragione, sul posto non mi sembrava così intensa ma credo che le nuvole basse/nebbia ne abbiano ampliato la luminosità e non essendo un mago/amante della post produzione non sono riuscito a correggerla.
