"Al Diavul al fa al Pont Gobb ad Bobbi" La denominazione Ponte Gobbo nacque da una poesia dialettale Al Diavul al fa al Pont Gobb ad Bobbi del 1907 di Valente Faustini[1], che riprende l'antica leggenda rielaborandola liberamente variandola nel nome del ponte e un punto particolare: il diavolo costruisce il ponte gobbo per fargli un dispetto nella speranza di allontanare, per mezzo del ponte, gli abitanti dal monastero e dalla religione. In seguito rimase il nome anche in tono ironico-spregiativo, che voleva schernire i bobbiesi, denigrandoli di non aver saputo costruire un ponte (allora transitabile in automobile) a suo dire "come si deve" ma tutto gobbo. fonte Wikipedia
