Ci sono dei filtri di sfocatura software che possono aiutare, oppure nella circostanza, forse potevi contenere il volume di sfondo riducendolo un po' con un ritaglio piu' ravvicinato al tulipano.
Cio' non toglie che l'inquadratura sia buona ed il fiore sia davvero un bel soggetto con colori saturi ed una bella livrea.

There are filters to blur software that can help, or in fact, maybe you could include reducing the volume of background a bit 'with a cutout more' close to the tulip ;-).
That 'does not mean that the picture is good and the flower is a really nice person with saturated colors and a beautiful livery.
