Pieces of glass sent on April 21, 2014 (21:55) by Paogar. 63 comments, 2473 views.

at 200mm, 1/800 f/7.1, ISO 200, hand held. Lisbona, Portugal.

Bravo Paolo, Ciaoooo Luigi:-P

wow!!!Eeeek!!!

Michela

wow! wow!
I like this moltissimooo ... except for the colors ;-), as you emphasized by the light that lights up and makes it less translucent enemies those sharp shards.
You thought De Gregori ... I have associated with your beautiful shot this famous poem by Montale:

Noon pale and absorbed
at a crumbling wall of garden,
listen among the thorns, and the thorns
Pops of blackbirds, hiss of snakes.

The cracks in the soil or on the vetch
spiar the rows of red ants
ch'ora break and now interwoven
at the head of tiny heaps.

Look through leaves the beat
away flakes of sea
while tremulous sjacks
of cicadas from the bald peaks.

And going into the sun that dazzles
feel sad with wonder
how all his life and his labor
in this following a wall
that on top of sharp shards of the bottle.

Many congratulations dear friend and a hug! :-P

Carissima Michela,
Paolo

Dear Michela,
very welcome addition to the compliments I thank you infinitely for the "pearl" you brilliantly added to this my step and that, especially in the last stanza, with its metaphor of life, it seems to "fit" a ... brush! :-P ;-)
I knew this beautiful poetry of Montale but my "soul" music led me instinctively think ... De Gregori! ;-)
A dear embrace,:-P

Carissimo Flavio,
Ciao, Paolo

Dear Flavio,
out of the corner of my eye I "saw" this backlight while at the same time my wife, with her finger, inviting me to look just the same ... subject! :-D
Thank you so much for the beautiful comment
anything but simple composition
and for the compliments, of course, they always do so much pleasure! :-P

MrGreen
Complimenti PaoloSorriso
Ciao
Ermanno

Beautiful Paolowow! you have been good to grasp this particular light that increases significantly the charm! ;-)
To me, much more modestly, remember adolescence when in the province of Milan could find property (usually small businesses or farms) that used this cheap (yet functional) method burglar! :-D
Congratulations Paul :-)

Carissimo Ermanno,
Triste
Grazie mille per l'apprezzamento e per i graditissimi complimenti!:-P
Ciao, Paolo

Dear Herman,
also in our country could be seen, in the past, many of these "systems" burglary and, in those days, as you rightly say, they worked well! :-D I'm afraid that today, with the growing crisis, have become somewhat inefficient and perhaps this is the reason why you do not see ... more! :-(
Thanks a lot for the appreciation and compliments for the very welcome! :-P
