Ciao
sempre 135mm?

Hello
Always 135mm?
Very very very nice also for the composition enriched by the cortex with the tones of the turban.

But take my curiosity, I being a beginner, I always feel very self-conscious and shy in taking close to a face. It happens much more often steal the shots when the person is not staring at me intensely, or when distraction is not aware of my presence. You how you act, you try to put the subject at ease, you do not ask the question or shots and run away? :)

This is done with the 35mm .. cmq just ask people to calmly and kindly accepted .. sometimes ... sometimes refuse me the pictures "stolen" a few exceptions do not like a lot!

I look at them for minutes, I try to memorize everything, composition, depth of field, direction of light, color and cut with the intention of bringing home shots like these in my future trips.

In some places, asking politely as you suggest is possible, other countries, or "steal shots" or do not bring home landscape photos. Sometimes it is really tiring :)

certainly here in Italy is more complex, but you still can do something, you just have the right attitude! the search for light in my opinion is the key part of the shot .. I try to put the subject in the shade, with no light sources in the background, and having the light source behind .. in this situation it forms a light in his eyes that I love it!

Giusto x carpire qualche segreto...
Comunque consueto scatto notevole. Notevolissimo...
Ciao
Max

Ale is the 35f1.4?
The maf in lace under his beard is natural or you have slightly blurred to better focus on his face? ;-)
X Just steal some secret ...
However, the usual snap remarkable. Remarkable ...

thanks a lot but do not overdo it!
This is taken at 1.8 with a 35 1.4 .. I had to turn a little more because the left eye of the subject is slightly out of focus .. the effect on the beard is a blur of goal, not sfoco never post .. I always apply a unsharp mask on the skin and eyes, but never on the beard, hair and eyebrows because it creates a "shaggy" I do not like at all!
