Comunque scatto apprezzabilissimo

nice shot. Two things though, personally I am not convinced.
Too floor (the first two rows of tiles I would cut)
The part above it seems to me unnecessary, there would also cut in from the left pillar where si'incrocia with the other two pillars of support ;-).
However shutter apprezzabilissimo

Ciao
Barbara

I rather like the shot as it is, because the floor is the real subject of the shot, so as to remove the lead man on the left.
I would have rather tried to use the vanishing lines of the floor more symmetrically placing their departure as much as possible at the bottom corners of the frame, just because the protagonist of the shot is the floor, its symmetry and its perspective.
I also really like the conversion to b / w, very determined. Too bad for the burning of the white curve in the middle of the shiny texture.
Hello
Barbara

I think the writing distracts seen that the geometries are the most important theme. Of course you should also cut by cutting it below .. anyway nice

Clara

I thank you all for your appreciation and for notes especially those that relate to the composition in a fit of this kind should certainly be taken care of anymore.
A greeting.
Clara

Cmq Brava!

In hindsight you know he could do more, but apart from the questionable and possibly recoverable area slightly burnt, I find this image in bn very beautiful, thanks to the geometries that emphasize harmony.
Maybe try to do some small denominations as you suggested to see if your eye is contentment.
Anyway Brava!

GmG

Given that the floor loses some of its importance because, as Barbara says, would have to be framed in a more symmetrical, the penalizzerei even more:-D. Even so, from the title I understand that maybe the floor was not the main subject that the author had in mind ;-).
Then I would follow the advice of arconudo cutting the first floor and making a square format so better balancing the "weights" of the photo. I would keep instead the concrete pillars on either side because they make me mat from the whole scene. This format, imho, it also helps to enhance the title, and then what they did Clara shooting.
a greeting
GmG

Andrea

The trigger is not bad, but it required greater precision in composition, I would concentrate (as mentioned above) on the lines of the floor and excluded the word, which adds nothing to shoot but rather distracting and just because then there is no another reminder of the sky ...

Andrea

ciao Massimo

I agree with those who preceded me on the composition, symmetry first. I, for fussiness, also made a symmetry on the same tile (the row of the left is different from the row right). Good idea and good color change. The title, however, I am not convinced about this photo and this composition, if that was really the intent (and not the writing on the bill, so to speak) I would, if it truly is placed at the center of the photo (center in the sense that I'm going to look with his eyes) the panel on the right I think (think, huh, maybe I'm much mistaken) reflects what is in front (windows) doing really see the sky or the landscape, with the lines of the floor diagonally. Tell me if I wrote the nonsense or not.
hello Massimo

Cordiali saluti.
Clara

I thank everyone who added their comments. As already said, I recognize that the symmetry was better taken care of during shooting while I think that cutting the floor below, in retrospect, does not make much sense. As for the panel to the right (from which I got the title) do not take it back would mean a completely different picture (and the rest I have not posted another in which it appears and that perhaps best responds to what is suggested by Massimo). The "sky in a room" refers to the structure on the right called "Cloud" which was inaugurated recently. The photo was taken in 2009 and since then I hope to have made some progress in the way of photographing ;-)
Sincerely.
Clara

ciauzz Mario CoolCool

often looking at a photo you omit title, to evaluate a snap: so you may not understand what the author wanted to convey with it. Comments are more than technically competent and goals, but the title given to Clara for the photo, I just gave a sense of what he took! sometimes one click gives an emotion, even if it leaves much to be desired technically. Brava Clara, at least in my modest opinion.

I like the shot as you've decided to propose it.
Often the human figure adds flavor to the geometric context because it seems to give him some sort of "soul" .... it also becomes somehow fit.

The white black usually do not like, but here enhances shooting very Federica
