Riguardo alla tua domanda si in realtà tutto lo sfondo è sovraesposto... ovviamente il profilo di tutto il corpo della modella ne risente, specie il braccio da te evidenziato che risulta abbassato e di conseguenza fa trasparire maggior bianco.
Lo schema luci è diverso dal solito. La modella raccoglie la luce riflettuta dallo sfondo attraverso due pannelli bianchi posti di fronte a lei. I flash sono direzionati sullo sfondo, quindi non direttamente sul soggetto, e ciò proprio perchè si è cercata questa forte esposizione e la creazione di un effetto ovattato all'interno di tutta l'immagine.
Anche il diaframma è più aperto, proprio per permettere il verificarsi dell'effetto.
In questo caso ho aumentato leggermente il contrasto per dare maggior nitidezza al viso e al corpo della modella (mi è sembrata una soluzione più idonea per questa foto), nella altre della stessa serie puoi vedere l'effetto in modo più naturale (nel senso come è stato voluto).

With regard to your question is actually all the background is overexposed ... obviously the profile of the whole body of the model is affected, especially the arm that you highlighted is lowered and accordingly makes plain white majority.
The scheme is different from the usual lights. The model collects the light reflected from the background through two white panels placed in front of her. The flashes are directed in the background, and not directly on the subject, precisely because it is this great exposure and sought to create a muted effect within the entire image.
Even the diaphragm is more open, just to allow the occurrence of the effect.
In this case, I increased the contrast slightly to give more nitidezza the face and body of the model (it seemed like a better solution for this picture), the others in the series, you can see the effect in a more natural (in the sense as it was intended).
