....sono un poco perplesso anche se sono un fautore convinto che le novità sono sempre stimolanti....ma in questo caso...non so ....mi manca qualcosa...i colori che sono una prerogativa di queste creature e il mix cromatico di tutto l'insieme....!
Ovviamente sconfiniamo su un terreno minato che è quello dei gusti personali di cui io ho sempre un grande rispetto.
Direi che ,per me , è un tentativo più che valido di percorrere altre strade

I am a little puzzled .... although I am a strong advocate that the news are always stimulating .... but in this case ... I do not know .... I'm missing something ... the colors that are the prerogative of these creatures and the color mix of the whole ....!
Obviously trespass through a minefield that is personal taste of which I have always been respectful.
I would say that, for me, is more than worthy of an attempt to explore new approaches

Si indubbiamente Salvatore, i colori della macro sono impagabili non c'è dubbio, è un tentativo per seguire il filone aperto da Free Spirit, anch'io ero e sono un po' perplesso, ma sperimentare non guasta, sono altresì convinto che non tutte le farfalle si prestino a questo genere.

La trovo particolarmente molto bella, l'Aporia si presta molto bene a questo tipo di trattamento, lo sfondo sotto ben si presta alla tecnica, sfuma in modo gradevole verso il chiaro dove è posizionato il soggetto.
credo che il fiore fosse di color magenta o lilla?
in questo caso regolerei solo quello di "colore" per dare un pò più di armonia

Non è certamente facile in questo genere di foto sostituire il colore dove questo può sopperire anche se l'immagine non è un capolavoro. Mi sembra che la tua Aporia spicchi molto bene su questo sfondo quasi temporalesco.
Probabilmente hai ragione sul dire che non tutti i soggetti o la totalità dell'immagine quindi sfondo compreso sono utilizzabili per un buon b/n, però come sempre rimane tutto soggettivo come quando nel colore troviamo amanti dello sfondo nero.

It is certainly not easy in this kind of photos replace the color where it can meet even if the image is not a masterpiece. It seems to me that your Aporia cloves very well on this background almost thunderstorms.

Nessun problema Pigi, anzi più se ne parla e meglio è per tutti, ogni opinione porta acqua al mulino della conoscenza.
Adesso si sta sperimentando su vecchi scatti, pensando foto nuove in B&N è gioco forza considerare lo sfondo in maniera determinante, previsualizzare ed immaginare come sarà il risultato finale, mentre a colori lo vediamo in tempo reale.
Certo io è poco che faccio macro discrete e quindi ne ho di foto da fare a colori, ma la strada aperta da Free Spirit è intrigante
