Andrò ad informarmi sulla scuola di Dusseldorf, che ammetto di non conoscere! in questi mesi sto leggendo molto, studio i grandi fotografi, quando vedo un nome che non conosco, vado subito a cercare su internet. Utilissimo a questo scopo è il vostro blog, che continuo a seguire sempre con grande interesse.
Sto cercando una mia dimensione, chissà se la troverò mai, per il momento mi pare di essere un gran calderone dove si agita tutto ciò che ho appreso, visto e apprezzato finora. E' una ricerca, da qui il nome di questo nuovo album :)

Grazie Stefano, ho iniziato a guardare qualcosa sulla scuola di Dusseldorf e devo dire che mi ha colpito il paesaggio rarefatto di Elger Esser.
Sai, ad un certo punto, grazie anche ad alcune chiacchierate illuminanti (tra cui quella con Franco, con Beppe Pagano e con altri), mi sono resa conto che c'è molto di più di una bella fotografia, tecnicamente ineccepibile o scattata in un momento fortunato.
E riuscire a mettere in fotografia un'idea, un progetto, qualcosa che racconti una storia, o uno stato d'animo, credo sia molto più gratificante della bella foto con tutti i pixel perfetti (senza demonizzare questo tipo di foto, per carità).
Thanks Stephen, I started looking at something on the school of Dusseldorf and I have to say that I hit the rarefied landscape of Elger Esser.
You know, at some point, thanks to some enlightening conversations (including one with Franco, with Beppe Pagano and others), I realized that there is much more than a beautiful photograph, taken in a technically flawless and lucky moment.
And being able to put in the picture idea, a project, something that tells a story, or a state of mind, I think it's much more rewarding of the beautiful pictures with all pixel-perfect (without demonizing this photo, for heaven's sake) .
