Era incredibilmente buona e quella salsina ci stava benissimo.
Ho appena finito di pranzare con pollo alla mia maniera. Ricetta rivisistata da una indiana, ho provato a
sostituire gli aromi asiatici con quelli mediterranei, yougurt e alla fine ho aggiunto fettine di buccia di limone.
Non so se fosse tutto a fuoco, cmq il fuoco mi e' servito per cuocerlo e il risultato finale e' stato ottimo.
Un caffe' e quasi quasi, mi sa che mi bevo un goccio di mirto, solo perche' aiuta la digestione MrGreen
