Il centro storico superiore di Ragusa, ha ospitato una suggestiva fattoria didattica (masseria) dove è stato possibile: Assistere dal vivo alla lavorazione del latte e alla produzione dei formaggi, scoprire la preparazione del pane, Esplorare le attività agricole tradizionali (mandorle, olive, carrube), visitare una mostra fotografica. Un’esperienza immersiva che ha permesso di vivere la quotidianità della vita agricola attraverso attività pratiche e sensoriali, con i produttori protagonisti di laboratori educativi. Un produttore in pochi minuti realizzava dei bellissimi cavallini di formaggio.
