La Mauritania è un paese che non conosce il turismo e i suoi abitanti, i riti,le tradizioni sono aspetti di vita vera. La cerimonia del tè è tra i riti quella più autentica. In una tenda, l'abitazione dei nomadi, una giovane donna ha lo ha preparato per noi con movimenti che avevano anni di storia. ha fatto scorrere il tè dall'alto verso il basso e passato da un bicchiere all'altro così tante volte per creare una schiuma morbida, setosa, il tutto in un silenzio carico di spiritualità; il tè va sorseggiato poi lentamente e tra sorrisi e chiacchiere si creano connessioni.
