2026-03-17, ore 15.03, a 40mm. in centro storico di Mosca, nella prossimitá immediata alla leggendaria via Arbat c’é questo vicolo, che é diventato un luogo, una meta per molti russi, ex-sovietici, che apprezzano la musica di un cantante tardo-sovietico di origine coreana Viktor Tsoy e il suo gruppo Kino. é morto nel 1990 in un incidente stradale . aveva 28 anni.
