La Biosfera di Genova, nota anche come La Bolla di Vetro o La Bolla di Renzo Piano, è una struttura sferica in vetro e acciaio situata nel Porto Antico di Genova. Progettata dall'architetto Renzo Piano, la struttura è stata realizzata nel 2001. La sfera è sospesa sul mare a Ponte Spinola, nelle immediate vicinanze dell'Acquario di Genova. Concepita come una serra, la Biosfera ricrea un complesso microclima che ospita un piccolo ecosistema di foresta pluviale tropicale con oltre 150 specie di piante e animali, tra cui felci arboree, palme e diverse specie di uccelli, tartarughe e pesci. La struttura ha un diametro di 20 metri, un peso totale di 60 tonnellate e offre una superficie espositiva di circa 200 m².
