Palazzo Lombardia. Martedì ‎27 ‎gennaio ‎2026, ‏‎10:47. Si tratta del Winter Game Express. Con la sua lunghezza di 55,27 metri e il peso di 28 quintali ha battuto il precedente primato mondiale, come certificato dalla misurazione ufficiale dei giudici del Guinness World Records. È stato realizzato dal Consorzio Artigiani Pasticcieri Bergamaschi, dal Cast (Istituto Italiano di Arti Culinarie e Ospitalità), da varie scuole alberghiere e professionali della provincia di Bergamo e Brescia e dal Maestro Cioccolatiere maltese Andrew Farrugia. Vi ha lavorato una squadra composta da 70 pasticcieri e cioccolatieri più relativi aiutanti; ciascuno dei quali, in 30 giorni di lavoro per 12 ore al giorno, ha realizzato un singolo pezzo destinato ad essere assemblato, con tutti gli altri, dal Maestro di Pasticceria Andrea Bonati. Il Winter Game Express ha superato di 21 metri e di 16 quintali il Belcolade Express (34 metri), il treno di cioccolato realizzato a Bruxelles nel 2012 e da allora nel Guinness dei Primati.
