Antico portale di ingresso di una cascina agricola cremonese che ancora sopravvive nonostante le condizioni fatiscenti. In alto a destra è ancora visibile una targa in granito risalente a fine ottocento inizi del novecento che portala la scritta: Comune di Spinadesco – Mandamento di Pizzighettone – provincia di Cremona. I mandamenti in Italia sono esistiti principalmente tra l'Unità e la prima metà del Novecento, sebbene le loro radici affondino nello Stato sabaudo. I Mandamenti, infatti, nacquero come organi giudiziari monocratici nello Stato sabaudo (già citati negli statuti di Carlo III del 1513) per riorganizzare l'amministrazione della giustizia. Con l'unificazione d'Italia, il mandamento divenne la minore suddivisione amministrativa delle province (inferiore al circondario). Avevano una funzione principalmente giudiziaria come sede delle Preture e degli uffici finanziari. I circondari, e di riflesso la funzione amministrativa dei mandamenti, vennero ufficialmente soppressi durante il regime fascista nel 1927, mentre l'ordinamento giudiziario del 1941 sostituì definitivamente la circoscrizione del mandamento con quella del circondario per gli uffici legali.
