Una cartolina, probabilmente un classico, un tramonto spettacolare dalla vista credo più bella del North Rim del Grand Canyon (ed uno dei migliori di tutto l'ovest degli Stati Uniti in generale). Una manciata di giorni dopo un incendio ha devastato tutta la zona, mandando in cenere buona parte delle strutture ricettive e della foresta che in questa zona settentrionale del parco domina il paesaggio; il bello della Natura è anche la sua forza che, nel bene o nel male, ci relega al ruolo di semplici spettatori e ogni tanto vale la pena scegliere i posti migliori per gustarsi la scena, anche se si tratta solo di un tramonto nel silenzio di uno dei più bei posti possibile!
