Out of the Shadows sent on January 23, 2025 (8:13) by Alberto Dall'oglio. 51 comments, 1143 views.

1/160 f/1.7, ISO 100,

Impactful! We are not used to these prospects. I like it... I have to see the other one again... congratulations

Very beautiful, I get spot of light, I prefer this one all played on the pattern of the vegetation but I also really like the other
one Congratulations, bye

Good morning Alberto, I like both, but I much prefer this one, the composition is cleaner, and those bushes "wrap" the tree perfectly, it looks like an ode to the enlightened father. :-D

In this shot, the pattern of the vegetation is highlighted, which creates a "movement" around the large illuminated foliage.
The shot from above, in my personal opinion,
determines a certain "crushing" of the image which is a bit flat
but still very interesting and pleasant.
Below I am going to expose my thoughts on your other proposal...

This one is undoubtedly more impactful!

Stunning!
Perhaps this one attracts my attention more because the scene is not immediately recognizable, a bit abstract, and, as always happens in this case, it requires the observer a little effort to decipher it while giving gratification.
A great job that I hope to copy sooner or later :-D

I see that the commissioner's advice is no longer enough for you :-D
Undecided about which one to choose, you opted for the contest :-D you are diabolical.
We hope it is at least an omen to wake up the people of Juzzino from their torpor 8-)
I just have to officially reiterate my preference for this , cleaner, more essential and exciting.
However, there are still two images that, despite the drone, I envy you a lot.
Two photos that raise the level of the forum's landscape gallery by no small amount.
congratulations

I really like this shot, I find it graphically very beautiful

I add myself to the list for the preference to this shot, in fact the pattern of the vegetation and the spot of light make me prefer it to the other (although appreciable), where the element that convinces me less is the upper right corner in which the plant pattern is missing and seems empty compared to the rest of the frame ...
However, congratulations for your always valid proposals.
Greetings.
Roberto.

Hi Alberto, congratulations on these "aerial" shots of yours, with which I have also been trying my hand for a short time; between the two images I prefer this one because overall I find it "cleaner" (pass me the term) than the other, I like it from a graphic point of view and without any distracting element that I find in the other ... although the recovery of the tree in its entirety is very beautiful! We are obviously talking about preferences on two photos that are still successful!
Greetings,
Massimo
